AUDITOR QUALIFICATIONS

Focus Logistics' auditing supervisors are experienced in a multitude
of fields including accounting, logistics and distribution. Our Audit Manager,
an accreduted MBA and Cost Accountant, has held senior costing positions
with both an ocean liner and highway carrier.

Auditing staff are carefully selected. They range from experienced Traffic Managers to students in their final year in University Logistics Programs.

Although pre-audit is recommended, Focus Logistics' offers invoice audit services either before or after payment has been made.

Each invoice is carefully reviewed. Factors include rate scale, NMFC, cubing, invoice duplication and accessorial charges. Rest assured, we act as an extension of your traffic department and take pride in performing an accurate
and thorough assessment.

MANAGEMENT REPORTS

A wide variety of management reports are available to satisfy even
the hungriest of data requirements. Focus' reports are open ended and not
limited to pre-defined fields.

At Focus Logistics reports may be transmitted via EDI, internet or fax/mail.
We also offer the possibility of digitally imaging the data onto CD-ROMS and burning multiple copies as required.

Pricing schemes are flexible. Options include:

• Hourly rate.
• % of derived savings.
• % of gross invoice.
